The bookshop was initiated by itSMF-NL, and is based on a cooperation with the three main publishers of itSMF Chapter publications and ITIL: itSMF-UK, Van Haren Publishing (for several other itSMF chapters), and TSO (for OGC). It is governed by the IPESC as a shared itSMF bookshop
Due to logistic differences it is
possible that your local itSMF chapter is able to offer books at an even
cheaper rate. Please check your options by visiting your local chapter's
